White Desert tour prices from Cairo or anywhere in Egypt to the Bahariya Oasis (El Bawiti) vary depending on the pickup location, the number of tour days, the services provided, tour safety, and the expertise of our Bedouin team, ranging between 90€ and $345 per person, based on the number of individuals per single camping night.
The tours include modern limousine transfers to the oasis, followed by 4×4 vehicles for desert transportation. They also cover meals, camping, and visits to the Black Desert, Crystal Mountain, Wadi El Agabat, sandboarding, hot springs,
the White Desert.

White Desert National Park entrance fees (approximately $10 per person) are added and are typically paid separately.
Temperatures in the “White Desert” of Egypt range from daytime maximums of 38°C to 45°C (100°F to 113°F) in the summer, to moderate winter conditions between 15°C and 25°C (60°F to 77°F). Summer night temperatures drop to roughly 22°C to 25°C, while winter nights are much colder, often approaching or dropping below 0°C (32°F).
The climate features two main seasonal patterns:
Summer (May to September): Characterized by intense heat and strong sunshine, during which we typically use air-conditioned vehicles and visit the cold sulfur spring for swimming. Nights feature a calm, wonderful summer atmosphere and camping under the stars.
Winter (October to April): The optimal season for camping and exploring the desert, featuring sunny, comfortable weather by day, and cold, refreshing nights that require multiple layers of heavy clothing.
Our Bedouin team provides camping services, campfires, and barbecue parties, with tents equipped with mattresses, sleeping bags, and blankets made from camel wool.
